22 March 2012 articles 25 Rabiuth Thaani 1433 - 19 March 2012 SANHA'S DESPICABLE MERCENARY CONDUCT TREACHEROUSLY STABBING THE MJC IN THE BACK Atthis juncture of the MJC laying on the ground, in a drunken stupor, having been floored by the Muslim community on the basis of the testification of a faasiqah, faajirah, kaafirah, SANHA, the carrion halaalizer has been unable to restrain its haraam monetary craving. Its lust for the haraam boodle which the carrion halaalizing trade yields, has constrained it to go beyond its lascivious gaze on the green pastures in which the MJC had been plying its carrion trade for decades. Lamenting SANHA's stab in the back, the Muslim Judicial Council issued the following statement in its recent damage control letter: "Amidst all of this, a related development came to our attention which eclipses even the aforementioned concern. The MJC has learnt that SANHA in Cape Town is capitalizing on the prevailing status quo to approach MJCHT certificate holders in an attempt to persuade them to change from MJC to SANHA. The MJC now feels compelled to consider the role of SANHA in this whole debacle in light hereof." SANHA's treacherous role according to the MJC "eclipses" all the damage and harm it is suffering in consequence of the Orion scandal. All the carrion halaalizing has corrupted the brains of the MJC who stupidly fails to understand that SANHA, from its very inception, has been exploring ways and means to destroy the MJCHT, not for any Deeni motives, but purely for the haraam boodle which this evil, despicable carrion halaalizing industry churns out. Whilst behind its back, SANHA has been conducting its conspiracy to dethrone and bury the MJCHT, two significant issues confirm the plot of SANHA: (1) The 223 page secret report which SANHA had prepared in its desperate bid to destroy the MJCHT. The report contains absolutely damning evidence which SANHA utilized dexterously to besmirch the MJC's name and 'reputation', (ifever it had a Deeni reputation) among Ulama circles. To achieve this objective, SANHA especially enlisted the support of Maulana Yunus Patel (rahmatullah alayh). But, since SANHA's motive was and has always been treacherous, having no consideration for the Deen and the spiritual and moral welfare of the Ummah, SANHA never made public its report. It felt snug with Muslims continuing to devour the carrion products which its investigation had conclusively established to be HARAAM. What is the reason for SANHA having withheld the report from the Muslim community? (2) SANHA formed aspecial committee to monitor and keep track of its competitors, the prime one being the MJC. These are the depths ofdegradation to which SANHA has sunk. We ask the miserable, shagi molvis of SANHA: Was this the objective for having studied Bukhaari Shareef, the Hadith kutub, the Tafseer kutub, the Figh kutub, etc.? Did you miserable maitah-halaalizers pursue Ilm-e-Deen for the foul purpose ofhalaalizing carrion and stabbing others in their backs? You are not Ulama. You are despicable, miserable priests of Soo' - evil, half-baked clergy engaging in trading Islam for a miserable price. Your brains are corrupt with carrion. Your day and your night centre around halaalizing carrion. You devour carrion, you speak carrion and you dream of carrion, and how to make more and more haraam money from the satanic carrion trade. While SANHA is painfully attempting to trade a Deeni image for itself, it engages in underhand plotting against other carrion halaalizers. In pursuit of this nefarious objective, SANHA has formed a special committee headed by a ghabi molvi, Y.Patel, to keep its 'competitors' in the carrion game under 24 hour surveillance. On page 68 of its 'Management Board Meeting 26/06/09°, SANHA outlines its conspiracy as follows: RESPONSIBLE PERSON - ML.Y.PATEL h) Competitor Analysis • Appointment of agency • Feedback from members • Document competitor's activities of NIHT/ MJC/ICSA/JUKZN. All organizations. This is one of SANHA's cloak and dagger style shenanigans - keeping an eagle's eye on "competitors', especially the MJC romping in its greem pastures which SANHA has hitherto failed to conquer in its turf war. The true contemptible, mercenary motives of SANHA are conspicuously displayed by the institution of a special vice-squad under molvi Y.Patel to ambush and stab the MJC in particular in the back. And that is precisely what SANHA has currently done by capitalizing on the MJC-ORION PORK SCANDAL. SANHA is feverishly working to extract maximum monetary benefit from this miserable debacle in which the MJC is sinking to its doom. We again remind the Muslim community to open their eyes and hearts, and not to be beguiled by SANHA and the other carrion halaalizers. For decades they have been feeding you with haraam carrion chickens and haraam carrion mutton and beef, and sausages with even pork casings. The revelations in the Orion scandal should be more than an adequate eye-opener for Muslims. The MJC is not the only guilty culprit in the carrion trade. SANHA is just as culpable as the MJC. There exists an avalanche of solid evidence to prove in Allah's Court that SANHA is halaalizing haraam chickens and haraam meat, and feeding Muslims the rotten, diseased carrion which according to the Shariah may not be given to even dogs.
