Will it be sinful to continuously omit Athaan?
Answer
In fact, if Athaan is not recited in a town, the Shariah commands the Ameer of the State to wage war against that community – war with the Sword if the community refuses to proclaim Athaan five times a day. It is not permissible to omit the Waajib Athaan without valid reason.
