When receiving a letter in which the Masnoon Salaam is written, what should be said?
Answer
When you receive a letter which begins with the Salaam, then you are required to immediately respond verbally, but silently: Wa Alaikumus Salaam. One should not respond to stupidities such as 'slmz'.
