When Hajj becomes compulsory on a woman, does she require the consent of her husband? If he refuses, what is the ruling?
Answer
When Hajj is Fardh, she has to go even without the consent of her husband. He has no right to refuse. If he refuses consent, she has no option but to go for Hajj.
