What is the fate in the Hereafter of a person who never received the message of Islam?

There is no need to worry about what Allah Ta'ala will do to His creation. Whatever Allah Ta'ala will do is His prerogative. He does as He pleases, and whatever He will do to such a person will be according to His Adal (Justice) and Rahmat (Mercy). Allah Ta'ala will not deal unjustly with anyone. The ruling of the Shariah on the question posed by you is that as long as the person who has not heard of Islam believes in One Creator, there will be salvation for him/her. This is an issue which only Allah Ta'ala will judge and decree.
