When I am transferred from a prison to another prison which is located more than 48 miles away, will I be a musaafir along this journey and at the next prison?
Answer
Along the journey to the other prison you will be a musaafir if the distance is 48 miles or more. When you reach the other prison and you know that you will have to stay 15 days or more, then you will no longer be a musaafir at the new prison.
