Question
I am a Hanafi who lives in a predominantly Shaafi' locality where they perform Asr when it is still Zuhr for us. Should I join the Shaafi Asr Jamaat or perform alone?
Answer
As a Hanafi you have to perform Asr when it is Asr time for Hanafis. If the group refuses to delay Asr until the Hanafi Asr time, then perform alone in its proper time.
