Is it permissible to merge our business with a non-Muslim company. There are many advantages in such a merger.
Answer
It is not permissible to merge with a non-Muslim company. Non-Muslims conduct their business in total conflict with the Shariah. Riba is the backbone of their business. Therefore, it is not permissible to merge with them.
