Some persons claim that it is permissible to breastfeed a baby for more than 24 months. What is the Shariah's ruling?
Answer
It is haraam to breastfeed a baby for more than two years. The people who deny this are absolutely ignorant. Their denial of the law stated clearly in the Qur'aan is kufr. They lose their Imaan by denying this law of the Shariah.
