Is it permissible to open a stall/ bazaar near to the place of worship of the kuffaar on occasions when they gather for their religious festivals?
Answer
It is not permissible to open a bazaar near to the places of worship of kuffaar on occasions of their festivals. Such action is tantamount to aiding kufr and shirk.
