Which parts of an animal are haraam? If a haraam part is cooked with the meat, what happens to the meat?

Question

Which parts of an animal are haraam? If a haraam part is cooked with the meat, what happens to the meat?

Answer

There are seven haraam parts of halaal animals: Blood, testicles, male organ, female organ, glands, (e.g. pancreas, adrenal gland, prostate), gall bladder, and the bladder. If any of these haraam items are cooked together with other food, the halaal food then also become haraam. When haraam is mixed with halaal and cooked, the whole lot becomes haraam carrion which no amount of halaalization will ever render halaal.
