The testimony of a faasiq is inadmissible. A pious woman should not marry a faasiq as long as he has not repented and abandoned his fisq. It is not permissible for a faasiq to lead the Salaat nor is it permissible for others to appoint him to lead the Salaat. It is not permissible for him to hold any position of trust.
