Is it permissible to invest with DMC properties?

The DMC advertising pamphlets and the explanation are brief. If the transaction is exactly as explained in the two-page explanation, then it will be permissible. But we cannot vouch for its permissibility as long as we have not studied the application and contract forms. If you intend investing, you should obtain the relevant forms which enumerate the terms and conditions of the agreement. Only then will it be known if this project is truly valid in terms of the Shariah.
