A woman miscarried at nine weeks. She was told that since the foetus was not a living child, it will not intercede on her behalf on the Day of Qiyaamah. Is this correct?

Even a one day old miscarried foetus will, Insha'Allah, be a perfect child in Qiyaamah who will intercede on behalf of his/her parents. The person has misinformed you.
