Question
I have understood the reasons for viewing the Ka'bah's Kiswah not being permissible. What if a fee is not charged? Will it then be permissible?
Answer
With regard to viewing the Ka'bah's Kiswah, if a fee is not charged and if there are no haraam and bid'ah acts accompanying the display, then it will be permissible to view it. It will not be permissible if the occasion is converted into a merrymaking function as the organizers have done.
