Is Khidhr (alayhis salaam) still alive?

Answer

There is difference of opinion among the authorities of the Shariah regarding Khidhr (alayhis salaam). While the Sufiya believe that he is alive, many others, especially among the Muhadditheen, do not accept that he is still alive. Allah knows best. Numerous Auliya have reported meeting him.
