Recently a Muslim judge of the High Court did not entertain the application of the NNB Jamiat to ban the insulting Mail & Guardian cartoon. The judge saw no need for the application. What is her status in terms of the Shariah?
Answer
It is quite obvious that the 'Muslim' judge who had made this haraam ruling which is tantamount to condoning the insult directed to Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has lost her Imaan. Insulting Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) or condoning such insult is kufr.
