Nothing – We do not embark on construction/building of structures except in rare cases where not even a straw/ bamboo/mud-brick hut is available. In such rare cases a simple, cheap hut of the kind in the locality is erected. A Maktab fundamentally consists of two constituents: The Teacher and the Pupils. Only an arrangement has to be made to pay the teacher a small monthly wage which is restricted to subsistence level.
