Question
In Qiyaamah will people be called by the names of their fathers or mothers. I have heard conflicting versions.
Answer
According to some Hadith narrations, they will be called by their mothers' names, e.g. Abdullah the son of Aaminah. The reason for this is to save illegitimate offspring from embarrassment.
