Question
Some people believe that if musallas are left open at home, jinn will use them. They therefore believe that the musalla after use should be folded up or at least one corner be folded. Is this a valid belief?
Answer
This belief of folding the musalla to prevent jinns from using it is baseless. There is no reality for this belief.
