Question
I am in Turkey where all Imams have to take an oath to approve, respect and protect the constitution and the revolution of M. Kemal, that consists of revoking the Khilaafah and declaring a laic secularist democracy in Turkey. Logically I can't pray behind such Murtadd. If a Masjid is opened without a license from the state, they have two choices either it is closed or they accept to have a Democratic Imam assigned to the Masjid. For now I pray at home in Jamaah with my brothers. We moved in a house with garden. Do I continue to pray inside or should I make a place like a eidgah outside in the garden to pray in Jamaah?
Answer
Obviously Salaat behind these murtadd 'imaams' is not valid. Continue performing Salaat in Jamaat at home. If the house becomes too small to accommodate the musallis, then perform outside in the garden.
