The rulers in Morocco like the rulers in all other Muslim countries are murtadd, munaafiq and kuffaar. All these laws which Morocco has made, and which you have enumerated, are acts of kufr. The greatest victory the West has achieved against the Ummah is the installation of kuffaar, murtadd rulers, kings and governments in Muslim lands.
