Is it permissible for an adult son to go for Jihad without the consent of his parents if they are not at all dependent on him?
Answer
It is not permissible for a son to go for Jihad without the consent of his parents even if he is baaligh. Only when Jihad is Fardh-e-Ain will it be permissible.
