In some Islamic countries, dealing in drugs/narcotics is punishable by death.

Question

In some Islamic countries, dealing in drugs/narcotics is punishable by death. I have understood that the prohibition of drugs is the same as of alcohol. Then why is it that in Islamic countries the sentence for consuming alcohol is a light sentence whereas for drugs it is death?

Answer

Drugs are worse than liquor. The consequences of drugs compared with liquor are horrific and immense. Millions of children and adults are being routinely destroyed with drugs. Drug pedlars should be executed and their bodies hung up in public for days as a lesson to the devils who are involved in this disastrous evil. Also, do understand that there are no Islamic countries today. All countries inhabited by Muslims are governed by kuffaar rulers, kings and regimes who have no relationship with Islam.
