In fact, most, if not all, of the rulers in Muslim countries today are kaafir. The entire system of government is kufr which these shayaataani rulers have introduced to violently displace the Shariah. They scorn and decry the Shariah. They flagrantly reject the Shariah. Criticizing these kuffaar rulers masquerading as Muslims does not render one a khaarji. The 'madkhali' salafis are morons who bootlick the corrupt Saudi regime.
