I encourage my brother to collect as much taxes as he can. His job is a debt collector at SARS. If a person doesn't pay his taxes, my brother is allowed to pull money from their accounts. My brother makes sure he collects taxes from the clients he deals with. Will he and I owe all the people that the tax is collected from?
