Question
In a similar scenario, he stood up into the 5th raka't after Tashahhud, but only realised his error just before going into ruku' or whilst in ruku'. What should he do? Is the ruling the same as the above?
Answer
In the second scenario he should complete two raka'ts and make Sajdah Sahw. The four will be his Fardh and two raka'ts will be Nafl.
