Question
Regarding the current Palestine issue, a Mufti has given a bayaan in which he makes a few notable points such as “this is not a battle of aqeeda” in response to the claim that Hamas is pro- Shiah. He also says that the notion that this operation is a false flag due to the Mujahideen being able to break through the world famous defence systems is far-fetched in terms of the Quran Shareef. He goes on to say that those who believe that the defence systems of the kuffaar were impregnable are brain-washed and they are making ta’zeem of the kuffaar and their systems.
Answer
(a) Yes, it is not a battle of aqeedah. In fact, Hamas hardly has anything of Islamic Aqeedah. It has not portrayed itself as an Islamic entity. It at no time even contemplated instituting the Shariah as the Law for the territory it is controlling. On the contrary, a few years ago Hamas massacred a Sheikh and his followers inside a Musjid on a Friday because they were demanding the institution of Shariah. Hamas is no different from the corrupt zanaadaqah and kuffaar who are controlling the West Bank and who are in sway in all the Lands of Muslims. Thus it matters not that Hamas is pro-Shiah. From the worldly perspective Hamas was forced into the arms of Iran by the Arab states who have shunned the Palestinians and who are all in cahoots with Israel. Assuming that Hamas is a legitimate entity, albeit faasiq and zindeeq, and not part of the plot of the Yahood and Nasaara, then it does have a valid reason for accepting aid from Iran. Palestine stands between two evils: The Israeli Devil and the Iranian Devil. From the perspective of Hamas, the Iranian Devil is the lesser evil, hence it feels justified to be in an alliance with the Shiahs. (b) The ‘false flag notion’ is not the effect of “the Mujahideen being able to break through the world famous defence systems”. This notion is proffered by kuffaar political experts who have advanced solid rational facts for their claim. It is not a mere theory devoid of substance. After the dust has settled, we shall then, Insha-Allah, be in a better position to comment. The only thing we can say at this juncture is that Hamas is absolutely bereft of Islamic and Imaani spirituality. It has no truck with the Deen, hence a miraculous invasion and breaching the Israeli defences seem improbable. On the contrary, the notion that Hamas is a cog in a massive satanic Yahoodi conspiracy appears to have credibility. Time shall, Insha-Allah, expose the reality. Allah Ta’ala will expose the satanic villains. It should not be forgotten that during June of this year Hamas was a party to an agreement with Israel to exploit the gas-fields discovered in Gaza. (c) “that the defence systems of the kuffaar were impregnable” – Yes these systems are impregnable for such ‘Muslims’ who are rebellious against Allah Azza Wa Jal. They are made impregnable for the fussaaq-fujjaar, in fact for the zanaadaqah masquerading as Muslims such as all the governments and armies of Muslim countries. Allah Ta’ala has made the kuffaar systems of defence ‘impregnable’ for the evil ‘Muslims’. This impregnability is in fact one of the punishments of Allah Ta’ala. The kuffaar are dominating and humiliating the Ummah because Muslims have turned their backs on Allah Ta’ala. They have become bootlickers of the Yahood and Nasaara. They have made the kuffaar their leaders, hence Allah Ta’ala have made them our rulers to impose on us the yoke of justified oppression which is part of the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur’aan and Ahaadith are replete with Aayaat and narrations to confirm this fact we are stating. Only when ‘Muslims’ understand that they have to become Muslims, will Allah Ta’ala destroy the impregnability of the kuffaar as He had done for the Sahaabah. The Qur’aan Majeed says: “Many were the small groups which vanquished large groups (armies) with the permission of Allah.”
