Question
I am employed to teach in a maktab. If in the opinion of the trustees the results of the pupils are not good, then they deduct from my salary. Is this permissible?
Answer
It is not permissible to deduct from your salary. As long as you are present in the maktab for the time for which you are being paid, they have to pay your full salary.
