If a bid‟ati while slaughtering an animal mentions the name of his peer (guide) after reciting the Tasmiyah, will the meat be halaal?
Answer
If he takes the name of only Allah Ta'ala when slaughtering, the meat will be halaal. If he adds the name of a peer, the meat will be haraam.
