Qadha of two raka'ts are necessary. The four raka't intention made is not valid for four raka'ts Nafl. It is valid for only two raka'ts. However, when the musalli rises to perform the third raka't, then his entry into the third raka't will be regarded as a new intention for another two raka'ts.
