Before the Salaam in Nafl Salaat I absent-mindedly made a dua in Urdu. Is the Salaat valid? Do I have to repeat the Salaat?

Yes, you have to repeat the Salaat. The introduction of even a single non-Arabic word invalidates the Salaat.
