Will you eat from a chamber pot in which people have urinated and defecated after the pot has been thoroughly cleansed with detergents and water a thousand times?

Understand well that everything has an athr (effect). Eating from a cleaned chamber pot is the lesser of the evils. Eating from kuffaar utensils in which pork and wine are served is worse. Anyhow, if you can tolerate eating from a used chamber pot, then eating from kuffaar utensils will pose no problem for you.
