Question
It is extremely and almost impossible to gain access to the Raudhah Mubaarak in Musjid Nabawi. However, if a bribe is paid, then access is available. Is it permissible to pay the bribe?
Answer
It is not permissible to pay the haraam bribe which the evil person charges for access to the Raudhah. Access to the Raudha Mubaarak is not Fardh, but it is Fardh to abstain from haraam.
