Our Imaam smokes weed. He has been caught redhanded smoking, but the trustees refuse to remove him. Is our Salaat behind him valid?
Answer
The trustees are abusing their position. They are sinful for retaining the Imaam. If at the time of conducting Salaat the Imaam is sober, then the Salaat will be valid.
