I pay my Zakaat during Ramdhaan. I inherited some gold coins which came into my possession a few days before Ramadhaan. Do I pay Zakaat on these coins which were not 12 months by me?

Yes, you have to pay Zakaat on the gold coins. Since you are the owner of the Zakaat Nisaab amount and paying Zakaat during Ramadhaan, you have to pay Zakaat on the gold coins even if you had them in your possession for just a day before your Zakaat date.
