Question
The Saee area is not part of Musjidul Haraam. At times of Salaat sometimes there are great swathes of space between the Imaam and the saffs which form in this area. Will the Salaat be valid in this area? The saffs are not adjoining.
Answer
Salaat is valid regardless of the empty large empty space. For purposes of Salaat the Saee area will be regarded to be part of the Musjid.
