The only tip we are aware of for strengthening memory is to abstain from sin and futility. Q.The sole heir of the deceased is his wife. After giving her share, a Mufti says that the balance should be given as Sadqah to the poor. Is this correct?
A. Since the only heir is the wife, the entire estate goes to her. The mufti's ruling that she receives only 25% and the balance is for Sadqah, is incorrect.
