Can I make my property Waqf with the condition that while I am alive, the benefits of the property will be for me?
Answer
Yes, the Waqf and the condition attached to it are permissible. But the Waqf must be made whilst you are alive. It must not be attributed to your death. The property will become Waqf while you are alive.
