We are several heirs who have inherited a property complex. Can we arrange among ourselves to divide the property by agreement?
Answer
Since the property is the subject of inheritance, it is essential to first physically demarcate the sections of each heir in terms of their respective shares of inheritance. Once every heir has taken possession of his/her share, he/she may then arrange with the others in whatever way is acceptable.
