My aged brother is very ill. He lives alone in his flat. He requires constant care. The family therefore feels that it is better to move him to a carecentre where he will be looked after. However, by brother refuses. Can the family move him to the care-centre against his wishes?
Answer
Your brother may not be moved to a place without his own free will. It will be zulm. It is Waajib on the family to arrange for his care at the place where he is living.
