A Moulana says that women should keep their hair covered even inside the home. Is this correct?

Yes, it is correct. Haya (modesty) and concern for the Malaaikah of Rahmat constrain females to always keep their hair covered even inside the home. The Malaaikah do not visit a home where the females keep their hair exposed.
