If a person wanders from one town to another - from place to place for many months, should he perform Qasr Salaat?
Answer
If the person's intention is not to stay 15 days or more at one place, then he has to perform Qasr Salaat, and he has to continue with Qasr regardless of his wanderings even if he travels around the whole world and for his entire lifetime.
