Our Musjid is undergoing extensive renovations. A tent has been erected adjacent to the Musjid. Will this tent also be in the category of the Musjid?
Answer
The temporary Salaat facility is not a Musjid. Nevertheless, performing Salaat with Jamaat remains Waajib. Therefore Jamaat Salaat in the tent is Waajib despite the tent not being a Musjid.
