Does Khiyaar Ruyat (the option to return a product after purchasing it without having seen it) apply even if the defects are disclosed to the customer

The Khiyaar Ruyat condition applies to all items sold. Even if the defects are disclosed, the customer has the right to return it if he had not seen it prior to purchasing. It is the same as a product which has absolutely no defect. If it was purchased without having viewed it, the customer may return it.
