Some heirs want their shares in a property to be paid immediately. Some heirs do not want to sell the property. Also they are unable to pay the others for their shares. What should be done?
Answer
In the circumstances explained by you, it is incumbent to sell the property and pay all the heirs. Those who do not want to sell, have to either pay the others their shares or agree to sell. They may not deny the rights of the heirs.
