Is it permissible to perform Salaat with the sleeves rolled up?

It is not permissible to expose the elbows during Salaat. Q.I bought some goods in good faith from a person. It was later confirmed that the goods were stolen. What am I supposed to do?

A. If the person can prove that the goods belong to him, then he has the right to take the goods. The goods must be given to him. The purchaser bears the loss if he is unable to locate the seller. If the stolen goods were sold, the money is Waajibut Tasadduq if the owner cannot be found. It should be given as Sadqah to the poor.
