Question
The water was disconnected by the municipality. I made Tayammum and performed Salaat. After an hour the water was switched on. Was my Salaat valid?
Answer
Neither your Tayammum nor your Salaat was valid. Tayammum in a city/town/ village will not be valid merely due to disconnection of the water. You have to search for water elsewhere in the city. Water will surely be found somewhere in the city.
