We must emphasize that all speculation regarding the time of the event of Qiyaamah, are nonsensical and in conflict with the explicit ta‟leem of the Qur‟aan and Hadith.

Regarding the Hadith, it is clearly mentioned that when Hadhrat Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam) appeared in human form to our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), he posed several questions which were actually for the ta‟leem of the Sahaabah. One of the questions he asked was: ―When will the Hour be?‖ Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) wrapped up the answer in a nutshell and said: ―The questioner and the one to whom the question is posed are unaware.‖ This was the end of the talk pertaining to Qiyaamah‟s date of occurrence.
