The muqtadi went into ruku‟ only after the Imaam came out of ruku‟. Is his Salaat valid?
Answer
The muqtadi‟s delay is Makrooh Tahrimi. Nevertheless, his Salaat is valid as long as he made ruku‟ before the Imaam began going down for Sajdah.
